After the successful testing of our all-in-one POS machine featuring a built-in printer, Android-based system, and touchscreen functionality, we have taken valuable client feedback back to the factory to develop our upgraded HowToPay POS V2 machine.
This new version offers significant improvements, including enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity, increased memory, and various performance upgrades to deliver an even better experience for our clients. We are pleased to announce that the new hardware is now in stock at our Thailand office and is being rolled out to new clients.
Alongside hardware enhancements, we have made substantial upgrades to our POS Admin website. These updates provide improved reporting capabilities and introduce many requested tools—completely free—to help our clients better manage their businesses.
To ensure a seamless setup, our 24/7 support team can now fully configure your POS account before delivery, including uploading your menu and photos into the system. Unlike our competitors, HowToPay offers full remote support for your POS machine, allowing you to focus more on serving your customers and less on technical issues.
Additionally, we have made key improvements to our mobile apps and Kitchen Order Display System, further streamlining operations for businesses using HowToPay POS.
