Q. Which countries are Confidia Accounts available in?

We can offer accounts to businesses and private individuals globally.

Q. How do I sign up for a CONFIDIA Account and payment services?

Q. Can I hold more than one Confidia IBAN?

Yes. Once you have been through our compliance process you can hold multiple accounts in different currencies.

Q. What do I need to open a Confidia Account and use the Confidia payment services?

You will need to be able to identify yourself / the company you wish to open an account for by answering the questions set out in our online onboarding form, the documents required are set out in this online form for Confidia to be able to verify the information received to open an account.

Q. Can you offer accounts to high-risk clients?

Yes, we can offer financial services to some high-risk clients, depending on their industry and jurisdiction. All clients will be assessed by our EU based compliance team and enhanced KYC measures may be necessary for some clients. Security Deposits and or Hold times on funds may be necessary.

Q. Who can I pay with my IBAN?

You can pay into personal and business bank accounts anywhere in the world in 138 different currencies.

Q. How long will the payments take to settle with the beneficiary?

SWIFT Transfers can take up to 3 days and our standard SEPA times are below;

SEPA transfers, approximate (EU) time of crediting to the client's account;

8:45 PM – 9:30 AM (Credited 11:10 AM)

9:30 AM – 12 PM (Credited 1:40 PM)

12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Credited 4:10 PM)

2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (Credited 5:40 PM)

4:30 PM – 8:45 PM (on the following business day at 9:00 AM)
